Dance is a creative form of movement where music, body awareness and expression come together. It trains coordination, rhythm and perception, and invites you to experience your own body consciously and freely. Alongside technique and structure, the joy of movement is at the centre — as a way to release energy, let go of stress and find a lively, natural flow of movement.

Although we do not currently offer dance workshops in our dojo, our rooms may be exactly what you are looking for if you need a quiet, suitable space for dance, movement and body-oriented work.

The rooms are suitable for, among other things:

  • Weekly dance classes with regular time slots
  • Weekend intensive courses
  • Rehearsals, training sessions, seminars and workshops for small groups
